Let's talk about me


Before founding ABOUT WORK RECRUITING, I had been working successfully with numerous companies from various industries for more than 15 years in the field of personnel consulting and procurement. My clientele included small, medium-sized and large companies (corporations) throughout Germany. The biggest challenges were the different sectors and positions. Over the years I have learned to adapt to new environments, areas and companies very quickly. The demands and expectations of myself were always the highest.


My expertise as a personnel consultant extends from the entire planning of new projects in the HR area or recruiting to the area of temporary employment and personnel placement. I have conducted thousands of interviews with specialists and executives, got them excited about my client companies and have overseen the recruitment processes beyond hiring.


Due to the development on the applicant market, my focus has increasingly shifted to the areas of "active sourcing & modern recruiting" in recent years.

My own way of working and the idea of what constitutes a high-quality and professional personnel consultancy ultimately led me to become self-employed and to the creation of ABOUT WORK personnel consulting agency. A good personnel consultancy can be of great benefit and help, especially for companies in times of crisis or in the event of a temporary shortage of staff.
